Managed Router Service
Eljay provides a single point of contact & accountability for configuring and proactively managing customer premise based network routing devices. MRS includes device management, configuration management, proactive & reactive troubleshooting and notification. For complex problems, Eljay opens up and follows up tickets with respective vendor Technical Assistance centers on behalf of the customer. All these services are rendered remotely by Cisco Certified engineers directly from Eljay's Network Operations Center (NOC).
Managed VPN / IP-VPN
Eljay's Managed Virtual Private Networks (VPN) Services meets the business requirements for IPSec-based Site-to-Site VPNs as well as clientless SSL Remote Access VPNs.
